Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst with strong QA capabilities in our team, you will be responsible for data and report validation across the reporting ecosystem. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business-critical reports. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end data validation across systems (Source Reports). - Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements. - Conduct UAT testing and ensure alignment with business expectations. - Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and validation. - Troubleshoot discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues. - Ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting layers and dashboards. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in UAT testing and business analysis. - Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis. - Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Ability to understand and validate data flow from source systems to reporting layers. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
