Job Description

Work closely with end users in departments such as People Operations, Client Services, Delivery, and Finance to gather requirements, understand business/system needs, and create workable user stories
Translate business requirements for development team and identify any potential impacts to existing functionality
Assist QA team with creating comprehensive test case scenarios
Partner with design team to finalize wireframes and UI navigation
Participate in agile ceremonies, including scrum calls, sprint planning and retrospectives
Create and maintain user training materials and prepare release notes
Conduct product training for new users and demo new features
Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
Strengthen process discipline using appropriate performance metrics
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with HRIS (Workday, ADP, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in-person, via phone/video calls, instant messaging, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
Experience working with global team
