Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering, analysis, Subject Matter Expertise and documentation for DMS implementations and enhancements, ensuring meticulous alignment with Company's overarching B2B commercial strategies and objectives for NA and SAPMENA.
  • Expertly translate intricate business needs and user stories from regional stakeholders into clear, concise, and actionable functional and technical specifications for development teams, serving as a critical liaison between business and IT.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between diverse business stakeholders (including Sales, Marketing, and Operations) from NA and SAPMENA and IT teams, fostering a shared understanding, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Drive the adoption of industry best practices in DMS deployment and optimization, leveraging your extensive experience gained from the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industries.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, and development teams within an Agile framework to ensure iterative value delivery and continuous improvement of our DMS solutions for global deployment.
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate that all solutions meet stringent business requirements and adhere to quality standards.
  • Provide invaluable expertise, governance framework and guidance on Salesforce applications, particularly in the context of commercial and distribution management, identifying opportunities for leverage and optimization across regions.
  • Actively support change management activities, which includes the development of engaging training materials, conducting user training sessions, and devising robust user adoption strategies to ensure seamless transitions for NA and SAPMENA teams.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and advancements within the DMS and Salesforce ecosystems to proactively propose innovative solutions that enhance our commercial capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 6-8 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with a substantial focus on the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Sales Force Automation (SFA) platforms.
  • Industry Expertise: Mandatory proven track record of successful SFA implementation and optimization within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industries.
  • Technical Acumen: Demonstrated strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile SFA), ideally within a commercial B2B sales context.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional Business Analyst skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping (especially sales processes), data analysis, and solution design for SFA tools.
    • A distinct "product mindset," with the ability to think strategically about the long-term vision and evolution of sales force technology.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with experience working in Agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with sales stakeholders at all levels, including those in NA and SAPMENA.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and sales process optimization.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification: Relevant certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or other Salesforce applications are highly preferred
