Senior Brand and Marketing Executive

The Senior Brand and Marketing Executive will be responsible for building and executing brand and marketing strategies to strengthen Avaan’s positioning in logistics and consumer services. The role involves planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing campaigns.

- Manage brand identity, communication, and creative assets across touchpoints.

- Drive consumer engagement through digital marketing, social media, and offline activations.

- Coordinate with field teams, design agencies, and media partners.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy.

Skills Required:

- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and branding.

- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand values into impactful campaigns.

- Experience in logistics, consumer goods, or services industry preferred.

Pay-Scale: ₹6 – 8 LPA (depending on experience)
