Senior Brand Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire

  new brand partnerships

  for both

  retainer and project-based work

• Build strong pipelines of prospective clients across categories relevant to agency capabilities
• Lead high-impact pitches, proposals, and presentations—translating agency strengths into business wins
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to design customized solutions for clients
• Maintain and grow C-suite and senior marketing relationships with potential partners
• Track performance of acquisition campaigns and refine approach for stronger conversions
• Mentor junior brand acquisition executives and help build a strong acquisition function

Who You Are

• Proven experience in

  client acquisition or business development within a creative or marketing agency

• Strong understanding of

  agency services

  (branding, creative, digital, influencer, production, AI-led marketing)
• Confident in presenting and closing large-ticket retainers with marketing heads and CXOs
• A

  self-starter with entrepreneurial drive

  who thrives on responsibility and ownership
