Senior BIM Project Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior BIM Project Designer (Office | Pune)

Location: Pune (Office-based)

Experience: 4+ years

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive construction document sets using Revit
• Coordinate drawings across multiple disciplines (architecture, MEP, structural)
• Ensure all documents comply with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, and zoning regulations
• Translate design concepts into buildable solutions with attention to constructability
• Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Conduct quality control reviews and implement revisions based on feedback

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• 4+ years of experience producing construction documents in Revit
• Solid understanding of U.S. construction practices and materials
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Someone eager to contribute, share ideas, and grow with a dynamic team

Preferred:

• In-depth knowledge of IBC, local jurisdictional codes, and ADA requirements
• Experience with BIM coordination, familiarity with Navisworks or similar software
