Position: Senior BIM MEPF Engineer:

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM MEPF Engineer with 5–7 years of proven expertise in the BIM industry. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to contribute to high-profile projects and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and deliver BIM MEPF projects from concept to execution with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop, review, and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting models in Revit and other BIM tools.
• Ensure BIM models are clash-free, coordinated, and compliant with project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, and design teams for multidisciplinary integration.
• Guide and mentor junior BIM modelers/engineers, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, documentation, and reports as per project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and international standards to continuously improve project workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in BIM MEPF domain (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire).
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD (other BIM tools will be an added advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of MEPF design systems, international standards, and construction processes.
• Proven track record of handling complex projects with precision and within timelines.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality outputs independently and as part of a team.
