Ability to manage team of 3-4 Junior Billing Engineers. Responsible for study of BOQ ( Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings. Preparation & certification of RA Bills. Identification & preparation of Extra items. Preparing all Billing records. Proper entry of bills without errors - all measurement sheet, BBS. Preparing RA Bills - client & subcontractors bills with reconciliation on Monthly Basis getting approvals from clients as required. Site visits when required. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Auto CAD.
