Role Overview

Beauty Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers with personalized consultations, product demonstrations, and makeup application.
• Drive sales by recommending suitable beauty and wellness products tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and fragrance brands available in-store.
• Provide expert advice on usage, application techniques, and product benefits.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and proper product displays across shelves.
• Assist in inventory management — restocking, tracking fast-moving SKUs, and reporting sales performance.
• Manage brand relationships and represent Mink’s values in all customer and partner interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new launches, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Experience:

  1–3 years in beauty retail, preferably in multi-brand beauty outlets (e.g., Nykaa, Sephora, Lifestyle, etc.).

• Makeup Skills:

  Prior experience as a makeup artist or beauty advisor with hands-on product application expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer trust.
• Energetic, well-spoken, and passionate about beauty and wellness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
