Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Beauty Consultant located across various cities. The Senior Beauty Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and driving retail sales. The role involves consulting with customers on their skincare needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and staying updated on the latest beauty trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and Skin Care skills
• In-depth Product Knowledge and ability to stay updated on new products
• Customer Service and Retail Sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field or a related field is preferred
