Minimum Eligibility:

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation).

We're seeking a Software Project Manager/Technical Lead Java who brings in technical expertise with project execution excellence. You'll guide complex software projects from conception to delivery while ensuring technical integrity and client satisfaction. Must have an experience of more than 7 years.

Key Responsibilities :

• Along with project management responsibilities, expected to participate to architectural/design

solutioning and contribute to technical design reviews. Should be able to participate in code

reviews/PRs.

• Evaluate and enforce non-functional requirements including system availability, security posture,

scalability patterns, and performance benchmarks.

• Serve as primary client liaison, translating technical complexity into business value and managing

expectations.

• Create and maintain comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with realistic effort estimates

Track project velocity, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions before they impact

delivery.

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with a focus on actionable outcomes

Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams

Must be able to provide leadership to the team.

Required Qualifications :

7+ years managing software development projects with demonstrable delivery track record

Understanding of system architecture patterns, API design, database schemas, and infrastructure

components

Fluency in non-functional requirements: load balancing, failover strategies, security frameworks

(OWASP), horizontal/vertical scaling approaches

Experience with Agile project methodologies

Excellence in stakeholder communication

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) and tracking metrics

(burndown, velocity, cycle time)

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices patterns

Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Ruby etc.

Experience with Git

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Must have background as a coder (even if not current)

The role requires someone who can straddle both, project management and technical solutioning.
