Job Description

Hiring

Senior Backend Developers

to architect and scale the backbone of applications. You will design APIs, manage services, and ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Salary

: INR 48,00,000 - 65,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Build, scale, and maintain backend services powering mission-critical applications.
Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Ensure system security, data integrity, and high availability.
Collaborate with product and frontend teams for seamless integrations.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
Drive architectural discussions and propose improvements.

Eligibility

4+ years of backend development experience
Expertise in Node.js, Java, Python, or Go (based on your stack).
Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
