Description

Role : Senior Backend Developer (Python)

Experience :

8+ years in backend development for web apps using Python

Key Skills & Requirements

Secure coding practices - input validation, encryption, preventing vulnerabilities
Strong understanding of OAuth2 (authentication & authorization)
Solid testing habits pytest preferred
4+ years with Django REST Framework & FastAPI (preferred)
5+ years with SQLAlchemy + Alembic, database optimization (Postgres preferred)
2+ years working with Azure Cloud (App Service, Functions, AKS, Container Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault)
5+ years using Git (GitHub or Azure DevOps)
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of Docker, docker-compose, Kubernetes is a plus
Experience with Celery / CeleryBeat / RedBeat or other schedulers
Agile development experience
Good understanding of systems integrations
Comfortable with Visual Studio & VS Code
Self-starter, can work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Strong multitasking & time management skills
Team player in multicultural, gender-sensitive environments
