Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in GoLang, MongoDB, and Kubernetes to build and optimize scalable backend services that power our AI Marketing Agents.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems using GoLang.
Optimize MongoDB queries, indexes, and schema design for scalability.
Deploy, manage, and scale services using Kubernetes on GCP/AWS.
Implement OAuth2-based authentication, API security, and authorization.
Write and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with AI-powered services.
Set up monitoring (Prometheus, Kibana) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security of backend services.

Requirements

3+ years of backend development experience.
Strong expertise in GoLang, MongoDB, and Kubernetes (mandatory).
Experience with Docker, GCP/AWS, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in OAuth2 API authentication, and security best practices.
Familiarity with Prometheus, Kibana, or similar monitoring tools.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice To Have

AI Agent Building Experience (LLMs, conversational AI, or AI-driven automation).
gRPC and Protocol Buffers (ProtoBufs) for efficient service communication.
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
