Job Description

Your Mission:

Youll be the architect and first operator of our inbound marketing system.

Your goal: to generate a steady flow of qualified B2B leads through SEO, content, and brand positioning that truly resonate with industrial buyers in the DACH region.

Working directly with the CEO, youll translate business priorities into a clear SEO and content roadmap and then execute it.

As results grow, youll help scale the setup by managing 12 specialists (SEO or content support).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to define marketing goals, ICPs, and positioning.
  • Conduct website and SEO audits and create a clear, actionable improvement roadmap.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content planning.
  • Develop and publish high-quality B2B content case studies, industry articles, LinkedIn posts, and web copy.
  • Implement on-page SEO improvements directly (meta structure, schema markup, internal linking, site speed, technical fixes etc).
  • Optimize and maintain the website (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, structured data, technical SEO etc).
  • Monitor and analyze performance through GA4, Google Search Console, and related tools.
  • Establish a simple reporting structure to track KPIs and guide ongoing improvements.
  • Manage offshore support (SEO/content) once in place.

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and SEO ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or other industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in boosting organic visibility and driving qualified inbound leads.
  • Strong understanding of DACH market communication styles.
  • Hands-on experience with technical SEO site audits, indexation, structured data, and web performance optimization.
  • Practical front-end coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to independently implement SEO and UI-UX improvements.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Typo3, HubSpot CMS, or similar).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-organized and proactive you like building efficient systems rather than managing endless plans.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, CRO testing, or analytics dashboards is a bonus.
  • Fluency/Working proficiency in German is a bonus.
