Your Role: As SAP Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team handling essential SAP-based business processes in the order management and purchasing verticals, some of these processes incude: Raw material and tooling purchases Sales order entry and confirmations Invoice verification and billing document creation Daily operational transactions within the SAP ecosystem You will lead the department independently, train new team members, ensure documentation is standardized and up to date, and foster a culture of accountability and efficiency. About the Role As a SAP Business Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our end-to-end business processes within SAP — particularly in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles. You’ll collaborate closely and work within cross-functional teams in Purchasing, Order Management, and logistics to name a few, ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and efficiency in our SAP environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a key SAP end user for P2P and O2C processes, ensuring smooth and compliant execution. Support day-to-day business operations primarily in Purchasing and Order Management Liaise between business teams and IT to resolve issues and optimize processes. Prepare and analyze reports using MS Office tools for business insights and decision support. Provide training, documentation, and support to team members as needed.
