As we continue to scale, We’re looking for a SAP Business Process Associate to join our team in India and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our supply chain and manufacturing operations.

About the Role

As a SAP Business Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our end-to-end business processes within SAP — particularly in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles. You’ll collaborate closely and work within cross-functional teams in Purchasing, Order Management, and logistics to name a few, ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and efficiency in our SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key SAP end user for P2P and O2C processes, ensuring smooth and compliant execution.
• Support day-to-day business operations primarily in Purchasing and Order Management
• Liaise between business teams and IT to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Prepare and analyze reports using MS Office tools for business insights and decision support.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to team members as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP end user in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Strong functional understanding of MM and SD modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to collaborate across departments. Bilingual fluency in English is a must. Conversational/Professional Fluency in German is a bonus.
• Proven critical thinking and decision-making skills with an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
