Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Aviation Technical Recruiter located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Senior Aviation Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process in the aviation and aerospace sectors. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines. The role involves technical recruiting and communication with both internal teams and external candidates.

• Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Aviation or Aerospace industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
