Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:
Define and implement software architecture based on the Adaptive AUTOSAR standard (ARA).
Development:
Hands-on coding of Adaptive Applications using
Modern C++ (14/17/20)
on POSIX-based OS (Linux/QNX).
Configuration:
Configure Adaptive stacks (Vector/EB/Mentor) including Execution Management, State Management, and Communication Management.
Integration:
Work on
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
, configuring SOME/IP and DDS communication protocols.
Leadership:
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive the migration from Classic to Adaptive platforms where necessary.

Must-Have Skills:

C++14/17

Adaptive AUTOSAR concepts

POSIX OS

Ethernet, SOME/IP, DDS

✅ Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and ASPICE.
