About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Selenium, Python, PyTest, and CI/CD tools . You will be a key pillar of our testing team, playing a crucial role in shaping our automation strategies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Python, and PyTest . CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless and continuous testing. Leadership & Mentorship: Take the lead in driving automation initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and advocate for best practices in test automation. Quality Assurance: Work closely with development teams to understand requirements, design test plans, and identify potential risks early in the development process. Innovation & Improvement: Continuously explore and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address issues that may affect the project's success and contribute to the overall stability and reliability of our products. Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Qualifications: Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in Selenium, Python, and PyTest. CI/CD: Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), test-driven development (TDD), and behaviour-driven development (BDD). Problem Solver: Ability to take initiative, solve complex problems, and make a significant impact on the project. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
