Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify and validate contact information (email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers, company data, etc.)
• Regularly clean and update CRM and lead databases to maintain data hygiene
• Verify email addresses using tools (like NeverBounce, Hunter.io, etc.) to reduce bounce rates
• Enrich the lead data with missing details such as job titles, industry, company size, etc.
• Segment leads based on predefined criteria (region, industry, designation, etc.)
• Assist in preparing target prospect lists for marketing and outbound campaigns
• Monitor bounced emails and invalid data from campaigns and update records accordingly
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand data gaps and proactively fix them
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while handling contact information

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or related fields)
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and internet research
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Willingness to learn CRM tools and sales automation platforms
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player
