Senior Auditor

As an Assistant Vice President, Senior Auditor - IA Program and Change Management at Citi, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in conducting independent assessments of Citis control environment, risk management, and governance. Joining a global team of over 2,500 professionals, you will work closely with stakeholders such as Citis board of directors, senior management, and regulators to provide assurance across all of Citis businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Perform moderately complex audits and assessments of Citis risk and control environments in collaboration with the Audit team - Draft audit reports and present issues to the business, offering practical solutions - Complete audits within budgeted timeframes and costs, monitoring and recommending solutions to emerging risks - Contribute to the development of audit process improvements and apply internal audit standards - Develop effective line management relationships to enhance audit effectiveness Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in audit - Effective communication and negotiation skills - Subject matter expertise in audit technology - Project management skills - Influencing and relationship management skills - Ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the role's responsibilities, and additional job-related duties may be assigned as required.
