Senior Associate/Lead Associate - Life Insurance Operations!!

Experience : 2-4 yrs of experience in life insurance operations and also with Team handling experience is preferable.

Location: Hyderabad

Key responsibilities:

1. Policy Servicing

• Oversee end-to-end policy servicing operations, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy changes and updates.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints related to policy servicing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

2. Underwriting

• Evaluate and assess insurance applications to determine risk and appropriate coverage.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure adherence to company guidelines and risk management protocols.
• Monitor and report on underwriting performance metrics.
• Participate in the development and review of underwriting policies and procedures.

3. KYC Compliance

• Implement and monitor KYC processes in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of KYC documentation.
• Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in KYC/AML regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
