BangaloreCandidate Must have 2+ years of experience as VAT Process.Should have sound knowledge into indirect taxation, GCC VAT, consultancyShould have good understanding of accounting processesShould keep himself/herself update with all latest changes in taxationShould have experience in process standardization, process improvement, and RPA creationLed Major Transformation Projects Delivering Significant BenefitsLead VAT team and handle month end and quarterly VAT return preparation and submission, be responsible to smooth execution and ensure books are closed on timeEnsure all VAT Returns are completed within agreed timeline, KPI/SLA targetManage aligned process in general accounting, fixed asset, intercompany, reporting, balance sheet reconciliationEnsure successful VAT Audits submission to clientAbility to handle team and client discussionsGood analytical, verbal and email communication skillHigh customer serviceStrong analytical skill to understand process issues and provide solution basis of process requirementIdentify, recommend, and implement solution upon discussion with internal leadership/clientsEnsure stakeholder queries are attended timely manner, responsible and proactive mannerShould be flexible with shifts
