Senior Associate, Treasures Bancassurance Specialist

Role Overview: As an Insurance Counselor at DBS Consumer Banking Group, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the local insurance specialist for Bancassurance Business, ensuring the achievement of insurance revenue targets for the allocated branch/cluster. Your role will involve implementing and executing the insurance strategy, generating insurance prospects, and maximizing revenue earnings through proper sales spread and customer service improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and annual Banca sales targets, including New Business revenues, Renewal income target, and General Insurance revenue target - Implement insurance strategy for the branch, source Insurance proposals through the Tablet application, and ensure timely sessions and attendance for knowledge/skilling sessions - Identify prospect lists with Relationship Managers, execute business development activities, and increase insurance penetration through cross-selling and up-selling - Drive customer service improvement, ensure persistency through timely premium collection, and resolve client complaints promptly - Facilitate regulatory compliance by ensuring IRDA Certification and renewal of Certificates of sales staff Qualifications Required: - Experience in HNI Sales/Wealth Management/Private Banking segment - Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition - AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage Additional Details: DBS India emphasizes Performance through Value-Based Propositions, customer focus, pride, and passion for maintaining the bank's image and reputation.
