Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition India (Noida)

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at AML RightSource, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, evaluating, and placing candidates for open positions using various recruitment strategies. Your role will involve ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and positions are efficiently filled. You will play a key role in leveraging the recruitment tech stack to proactively identify and recruit top talent. Your responsibilities will include managing a requisition volume to fill approximately 100 roles per month, supporting TA leadership, and providing full life cycle recruiting support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain a requisition volume to fill approximately 100 roles per month - Support TA leadership when necessary - Utilize the recruitment tech stack to identify and recruit top talent - Conduct full life cycle recruiting including initiating requisitions, reviewing and interviewing candidates, managing candidate progression, and serving as the point of contact for candidates - Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Provide best-in-class recruiting support for internal business partners - Partner with leadership to provide relevant recruitment metrics and analytics - Understand organizational hiring needs/strategies and drive results for assigned team members - Perform Talent Acquisition activities to maintain a strong understanding of the TA process - Define and implement new processes and methodologies to provide ongoing training and development for team members - Research, evaluate, and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting - Manage candidate profiles and onboarding process in Workday - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality - Work on project teams to support process improvements and talent acquisition practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-paced volume hiring supporting BFSI/Fin-tech/BPO hiring - Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and social platforms - Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to positively present company and open roles to potential candidates - Dependability, responsibility, proactive communication, and a self-starter mentality - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Workday ATS - Strong entrepreneurial spirit, highly collaborative, able to express ideas readily, manage change fluidly, able to influence and identify opportunities In addition, AML RightSource is aware of recruitment scams and advises verifying the source of any job-related communications carefully.
