We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Staff member to join our dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our European tour operations, ensuring seamless and enjoyable travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of European tour operations, from itinerary planning and vendor communication to booking logistics and client communication.Ensure all travel documents (flights, visas, tickets) are secured and delivered to clients in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with European travel partners (hotels, guides, transportation providers) to confirm bookings, manage logistics, and ensure service quality.Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the booking process and during their trip, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues that may arise during the tour, ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.Prepare and maintain comprehensive trip documentation, including itineraries, contingency plans, and client information.Analyze post-trip feedback and implement improvements to enhance future European tour operations.Stay up-to-date on travel regulations, visa requirements, and cultural nuances specific to European destinations. Proven experience in travel operations or a similar role within the tourism industry.
