Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Associate at Clarence & Partners. The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing ongoing legal support, facilitating complex financial transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role is based in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. The candidate will be required to work US hours. Qualifications Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Compliance Management skills Experience in deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of international law and cross-border transactions Qualified to practice in India/ UK/ a US state
