The Senior Associate will oversee daily operations, ensure a high-quality customer service experience, support team members, and maintain the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the cafe. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, handling cash registers, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating with the management team to meet performance and sales goals. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Team leadership, time management, and organizational abilities Basic knowledge of food service or retail operations Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory effectively Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are a bonus
