Job Description

Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality vendors and partners across multiple wedding categories(venues, dcor, catering, entertainment, hospitality, etc.)
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing vendors to ensure reliability and service excellence
Negotiate commercial terms, partnership deals, and commission structures effectively
Collaborate with planning, sales, and operations teams to align vendor offerings with client requirements
Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, service quality, and brand standards
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with key partners
Explore and introduce new vendor categories and partnership opportunities in line with business goals
Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure The Wedding Companys supply network remains best-in-class
Support junior team members and interns in vendor coordination, follow-ups, and documentation
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups for partnership development requirements

Desired Skills & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in vendor management, business development, or supply partnerships(preferably in events or hospitality industry)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of local vendor ecosystem in Jaipur or nearby regions will be an advantage
Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented with leadership capabilities
