Senior Associate - Reporting and Analytics

JOB Description:

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports and dashboards on the key drivers of our business.
• Leverage analytics and visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact-based decision making.
• Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions.
• Collaborate with Business teams and data owners to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
• Manage on-time delivery of regular client/internal reports

-Building reports from data warehouse

-Review of completed reports for anomalies & discrepancies

-Troubleshooting data issues/discrepancies

-Ensure formatting & delivery parameters are met

• Investigate and understand the opportunities of new data sources in the context of integration into database/visualization platforms.

-Support data cleansings & manipulation process including but not limited to:

-Taxonomy classification

-Conversion re-naming, grouping

-Removal of test/ghost impressions

Qualification - Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Analytics domain
• A bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, quantitative finance, actuarial science or engineering from a reputable university is a must
• Rich experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI / Looker
• Hands on experience in creating complex SQL Queries joining multiple datasets.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Willing to work in night shifts.

Qualifications - Desired Skills

• An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.
• Experience working with large datasets using Python is desirable
• Good hands-on MS-Excel. VBA would be a plus.
• Candidates who have understanding of media and marketing domain would be preferred
