Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
• Support business teams with data-driven recommendations
• Conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models when required
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and opportunities
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data governance standards
• Automate recurring reports and improve data processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel)
• Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes (added advantage)
