Job Title: Tech Recruiter – GCC Clients (Global Capability Centres) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 3–6 Years.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage mid to senior-level hiring for our GCC (Global Capability Centre) clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology hiring, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver quality talent within defined timelines and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions such as Cloud, IoT, Java, Python, and Software Developers. Partner with GCC-based clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable talent. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels — portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting. Handle mid to senior-level mandates efficiently with quick turnaround time. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring tech roles. Meet and exceed revenue targets (5x of salary) through consistent performance and closures. Maintain strong candidate and client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels. Key

Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably GCC or international hiring). Strong knowledge of technology stacks and ability to evaluate technical skill sets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record in closing mid to senior-level positions within tight deadlines. Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup from Bangalore. Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
