Job Description

Manage end-to-end Record to Report activities including journal entries, fixed assets accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and period-end close while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely submissions, and resolution of accounting discrepancies in a controlled environment.
Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and prepare reports to support management decision-making, audits, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, automation tools, and stakeholders to drive process optimization, efficiency improvements, and adherence to SLA and KPI metrics.
