Responsibilities

• Configure the Intake solution.

• Communicates with the deployment lead.

• Upholds build standards.

• Motivates stakeholders to execute operational change and achieve desired results.

• Assists in creating, implementing, and upholding standard processes and workflows.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to design educational materials and coordinates training activities to prepare for operational readiness.

• Assesses applicable patient experience initiative enhancements and expansion.

• Demonstrates an ability to identify opportunities to gain efficiencies relating to patient experience initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• Business management or healthcare experience

• Excellent organization and attention to detail skills

• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent decision-making, communication and collaboration skills with proven cross-functional and multi-level relationship building skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability

• Ability to solve problems outside of area of expertise
