Role Overview:

Senior Associate / Principal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and execute early-stage

  venture capital and private equity transactions

  .

• Draft and negotiate:

• Term Sheets
  
• Shareholders Agreements (SHA)
  
• Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
  
• Share Purchase Agreements (SPA)
  
• Co-founder Agreements
  
• ESOP Policies and Stock Option Plans
  
• Escrow Agreements
  
• Lead and manage

  legal and compliance due diligence

  .
• Drive

  transaction closures

  , coordinating with clients, investors, and internal teams.
• Advise on

  corporate structuring, regulatory compliance

  , and

  governance

  .

Desired Candidate Profile:

• LL.B.

  (or equivalent) from a reputed law school.

• 3+ years

  of post-qualification experience in

  corporate law

  .
• Prior experience in

  VC, private equity, or startup transactions

  is a

  must

  .
• Strong

  drafting, negotiation

  , and

  client-facing

  skills.
• A passion for the startup ecosystem and understanding of its legal nuances.
