Job Description

We are looking for an Apple Ads (earlier known as Apple Search Ads or ASA) expert who can plan, execute, analyse, and manage high-impact user acquisition campaigns for SplashLearn’s multiple iOS apps with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute an efficient marketing strategy and the roadmap to bring growth in user acquisition from the ASA channel.
  • Analyse the channel performance across various dimensions (e.g. segment, campaign, ad group, keyword, match type, etc) and metrics (e.g. TTR, CPT, CPI, etc.), and derive actionable insights.
  • Manage and optimize the campaigns to deliver growth in new users and a positive ROI through efficient CAC(customer Acquisition cost).
  • Take initiatives for conversion rate optimization and funnel improvement.
  • Implement automation and develop processes / SOPs to enhance execution efficiency and simplify performance reporting.
  • Regularly experiment with creatives, analyse the performance, check for competitors’ creatives, and drive insights.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Analytics, Tech, and Creative teams to bring new growth through funnel improvement, efficient data tracking, and data-driven creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies around ASA and performance marketing.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field. MBA in marketing is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in app marketing and at least 2 years of experience in managing ASA. Knowledge of ASO, along with ASA, is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of creatives, e.g. ASO screenshots, App icon, Custom Product Pages (CPPs) for ASA.
  • Must be good at data analytics, i.e. reporting & analysing the performance, deriving insights and action items. Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Should have hands-on experience with App marketing tools (e.g. Splitmetrics, Mobile Action, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of MMPs (Adjust/Singular/Appsflyer) and Apple’s SKAN landscape.
  • Prior experience in the Kids/Education category or the US market is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Apple policies, e.g. ATT, and government regulations around data tracking (e.g. COPPA, CCPA in the US) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
