Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Legal (Real Estate) located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, providing legal advice, and representing clients in real estate transactions as well as assist with Civil Litigation. The role includes researching and staying updated on real estate laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and managing client communications and representing clients before courts, tribunals and Revenue authorities. The Senior Associate will work closely with the team to ensure compliance and provide strategic legal solutions. Qualifications Law and Legal Document Preparation skills Strong Analytical Skills and ability to address complex legal issues Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and presentations Experience in real estate law is A Must . Bachelor's degree in Law is required; advanced degrees or certifications in real estate law are a plus Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with ability to independently handle Real Estate disputes and represent clients before courts, tribunals and Revenue Authorities.
