Senior Associate Legal (Real Estate)

**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Senior Associate Legal (Real Estate) at Mahendra Bhavsar & Co., you will be responsible for preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, providing legal advice, and representing clients in real estate transactions. You will also assist with Civil Litigation, research real estate laws and regulations, draft and review contracts, manage client communications, and represent clients before courts, tribunals, and Revenue authorities. Collaboration with the team to ensure compliance and offer strategic legal solutions will be a key aspect of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare legal documents - Analyze legal issues - Provide legal advice - Represent clients in real estate transactions - Assist with Civil Litigation - Research and stay updated on real estate laws and regulations - Draft and review contracts - Manage client communications - Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and Revenue authorities **Qualifications Required:** - Law and Legal Document Preparation skills - Strong Analytical Skills to address complex legal issues - Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and presentations - Experience in real estate law is a must - Bachelor's degree in Law is required; advanced degrees or certifications in real estate law are a plus - Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with the capability to independently handle Real Estate disputes and represent clients before courts, tribunals, and Revenue Authorities.,
