Negotiating; drafting and reviewing a broad range of non

contentious UK property contracts (from the UK legal perspective) including: Leases; Tenancy at Will; License to Assign; License for Alterations; License to Occupy; Rent Deposit Deed; Deed of Variation; Deed of surrender; Non
disclosure Agreement.
Title due diligence and reporting.Co

ordination with relevant stakeholders within the Tesco Property and Legal teams to ensure that real estate matters are delivered in a timely and appropriately risk
balanced manner; meeting the business need.
Working collaboratively with our external law firms to share knowledge and best practice; and ensure the efficient delivery of real estate legal services to the business.
