Objective of this role would be to ensure quality of service provided to Clients and
maintenance of vendor quality.
Conduct planned and ad-hoc audits of internal processes with focus on in-depth
research, wherever required
Involve in discussion with Operations to improve compliance and quality control ensuring
best practices are being followed
Record results of the audits conducted
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the current processes
Assist in designing, developing and implementing new quality control processes
To initiate ideas for improvement for audit process
Assist in the consolidation and the presentation of audit result
Provide innovative solution and conclude audit findings/observation
Graduate in any discipline
At least 1 year of work experience in internal audit or quality assurance
Strong communication, logical thinking skills, and eye for detail
Good presentation and spreadsheet handling skills
Strong sense of ownership and execution focus
Self-motivated and resourceful
