As a Senior Associate I in the Finance GBS department at Novo Nordisk in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will be responsible for various financial and accounting operations. Here is a brief overview of your role, key responsibilities, and qualifications required: Role Overview: The Finance GBS department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing financial and accounting operations. As part of this team, you will be handling intercompany transactions, managing queries from vendors and local finance, generating operational reports, performing procurement controls, driving process standardization, and collaborating with other departments to drive efficiency and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Handling intercompany transactions, processing invoices, and managing queries - Generating and reviewing process health check reports - Performing master data clean-up activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards - Publishing operational reports to affiliates globally - Reviewing procurement controls and driving process standardization - Maintaining accurate documentation for controls and facilitating requirements during audits - Collaborating with other departments within Finance GBS Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have: - A bachelor's degree from a reputed university - 4-7 years of experience in hands-on P2P value chain in a leading organization - Experience in SAP tool and customer service - Basic understanding of PowerPoint and Excel - Strong problem-solving skills and quality mindset - Ability to navigate and build relationships in large organizations - Good communication and presentation skills At Novo Nordisk, a leading global healthcare company, we are committed to driving change to defeat serious chronic diseases.
