Job Description

Role Overview: As a Strong Web Analytics resource with expertise in Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics stack, you will be responsible for helping clients understand and optimize their online customer experience. Your role will involve building segmentation, marketing funnels, and customer journeys to identify pain points and improve business outcomes. You will work closely with website teams to implement best practices for website tagging and analytics tools, ensuring a personalized customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client conversations to understand requirements and create Business Requirement Document (BRD). - Design, implement, and quality assurance of 1st party tracking solutions using Tag Management Systems like Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, and Adobe Launch. - Implement 3rd and 2nd party tracking solutions via Tag Management Systems. - Develop and implement enhanced eCommerce tracking through the data layer and Tag Management Systems. - Utilize Javascript (Vue and React frameworks) for custom data layer JSON objects. - Use HTML and CSS for DOM scraping based tracking and tagging. Insight Generation: - Deliver insights and strategic outputs for market-leading brands to enhance performance. - Analyze web analytics data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tealium IQ. - Analyze media campaigns using Ad server data and beyond. - Understand attribution modeling and its impact on media buying decisions. Data Science and Digital Analytics: - Apply critical thinking and statistics to solve business and customer issues. - Utilize numerate and statistics for understanding online behavior and strategy development. - Support Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and hypothesis generation in Google and Adobe technology stacks. Product Development: - Refine the insight proposition to clients to ensure the delivery of world-class services. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. - Proficiency in developing detailed tag management solution designs. - Extensive experience in deploying and developing tracking solutions in Launch, GTM, and Tealium IQ. - Analytical skills with creative problem-solving approaches. - Ability to perform detailed statistical tests and analysis. - Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally. - Proven experience in using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for report creation. - Capability in analyzing offline (CRM) and online data for actionable insights. - Excellent statistics skills with proficiency in SQL, Google Bigquery, Python, and statistics.
