Job Description

Major role and responsibilities

& Required Skill Set:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the firm’s real estate - litigation team in all aspects of legal practice, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and attending court hearings, and client meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on various legal issues related to real estate related litigation cases.

Draft pleadings, and other legal documents related to litigation matters.

Prepare trial and hearing documents and trial exhibits.

Attend court hearings and other proceedings.

Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents.

Required Skill Set:

Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work as a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively & prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Maintain client confidentiality.

Qualification:

LLB
