Senior Associate - Donor Recruitment & Fundraising

DATRI Blood Stem Cell Donors Registry is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2009 to find unrelated matched donors for patients with blood cancer and other blood disorders. As India's largest blood stem cell donors registry, DATRI has more than 5 lakh potential donors. Responsibilities

Donor Recruitment (paid and unpaid donors):-

• Plan and execute targeted fundraising and donor recruitment campaigns and events across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and outreach.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Department, detailing performance against fundraising and donor recruitment targets during weekly and monthly reviews.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new partnerships with key individuals, organizations, and networks to expand donor recruitment efforts. Develop and maintain an active pool of DATRI volunteers.
• Develop a sustainable and diverse fundraising portfolio by establishing multiple funding streams, including high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and community-based initiatives. Collaborate with organizations such as TiE, NASSCOM, and others to achieve the set targets.

Fund Raising:-

• Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with DATRI's organizational goals and mission.
• Plan and execute diverse fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives across online and offline platforms to maximize donor engagement and contributions.
• Effectively manage the fundraising budget, ensuring all activities are cost-efficient and stay within allocated financial resources

Managing Collections :-

• Collaborate with the TCC team for quick closure of VT - IDMs and update the same in DATRI Software.
• Sharing reports on time with TCC of VT/IDMs.
• Ensure timely scheduling of any repeat tests for donors.
• Manage apheresis centers in your region & develop/maintain healthy symbiotic work relations with AC doctors.
• Manage end-to-end donor communication and support from counselling till donation for the donor.
• Manage laboratory support and technician support for GCSF/ blood sample collections at your desired location.
