We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven individual to join our marketing team as a Sr Associate, Demandbase Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account-based marketing (ABM), data analysis, and marketing technology. This role will be instrumental in driving our ABM strategy and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Demandbase.
Manage and optimize the Demandbase platform to support our ABM initiatives.
Build and maintain target account lists based on campaign briefs, target audience, firmographic, behavioral and other data
Help develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, and paid advertising
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Demandbase platform.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ABM and marketing technology.
Provide training and support to team members on Demandbase usage and best practices.
Facilitate data integration with Marketo, LinkedIn, CRM and other platforms
Segment audiences and personalize content to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Skills
3+ years of experience in account-based marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in using Demandbase or other ABM platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM)
Certification in Demandbase or other ABM platforms.
Experience in planning and executing organic and/or paid media cross-channel campaigns
Familiarity with segmentation and personalization strategies.
