Job Description

Responsible for managing and implementing Corporate Banking and SME policies, processes and guidelines with appropriate risk & governance controls
Implement the changes in regulatory & business environment in our policies & processes
Ensure compliance of various policies by RMs and work towards refinement of policy documents and processes
Engage various cross functional stake holders team for timely delivery of set objectives like New Product Approval, Outsourcing Risk Review, Target Market & Risk Acceptance Criteria document, capital efficiency etc.
To provide support to frontline staff for Transaction/Product booking or business process related requirements
Work with Risk team to ensure productive collaboration on items related to portfolio monitoring

Required Experience

A post graduate or equivalent degree (with experience / understanding of banking and sales)
Computer proficiency (comfortable with MS Office, advanced excel understanding)
