Job Description

Reporting & Insights - Design and maintain robust reporting frameworks for KPIs, SLAs, program volume, and spend
- Develop and deliver detailed reports on metrics such as Assignment Success Rate, Time to Fill, Employee Satisfaction, Attrition Rate, and Program Utilization
- Translate data into clear insights and trends to support leadership decisions
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified reporting view
Financial Tracking - Track purchase order (PO) balances against estimates and flag variances
- Support accurate billing, accruals, and forecasting across decentralized cost centers
- Partner with Finance to ensure alignment on mobility-related financials
Data Management & Integrity - Maintain high standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
- Promote best practices for data entry and maintenance across the mobility team
- Lead data consolidation initiatives to streamline reporting into a single source of truth
- Maintain mastery of internal and vendor data sources to optimize utilization
Stakeholder Collaboration - Serve as the primary liaison for data-related topics between Global Mobility, Finance, and other business units
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to identify data requirements and ensure comprehensive input for analysis
- Support internal audits and compliance checks related to data accuracy
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with PO and billing processes in a corporate setting
- SQL proficiency for querying and extracting data
- Experience with HR systems or mobility platforms (eg
, Workday, Topia, SAP)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams
- Experience working in agile environments and adapting to evolving stakeholder needs
