Senior Associate - Business Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the

  annual budgeting and forecasting

  processes in collaboration with finance and business teams.
• Support the preparation of

  monthly and quarterly business review decks

  , including variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Work on

  financial models, MIS reports, and dashboards

  to aid decision-making.
• Track key

  financial metrics and KPIs

  ; support root-cause analysis of deviations.
• Contribute to

  cost optimization

  initiatives through detailed spend analysis.
• Ensure proper adherence to

  budgeting guidelines, policies, and internal controls

  .
• Support finance leads in strategic projects by providing

  financial insights and data analysis

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and HR for aligned financial planning.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA or CMA with 02 years of post-qualification experience (articleship experience will be considered).
  
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
