Role Summary:

Seeking a legal professional to support commercial and procurement contracting for global operations. The role involves advising on legal risks, negotiating complex agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts (Engagement Agreements, NDAs, RFPs, Subcontractor Agreements)
Provide legal input on IT contracts and business risk areas
Act as legal liaison for procurement and business teams
Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Privacy, Security, Independence)
Guide junior legal staff and ensure adherence to internal policies

Skills & Attributes:

Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage tight deadlines and complex workloads
Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented
Effective communicator with senior stakeholders

Experience Required:

3 - 7 years post-LL.B experience in commercial contracting and legal risk management
Exposure to Singapore, US, and UK laws preferred
Experience with data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), IP clauses, and compliance frameworks
Prior work in professional services or Big 4 environment is advantageous
